Steffen is Head of Data & Platforms at ERBACHER – the food family, where he brings together data, AI, and e-commerce with process digitalization and optimization. He is responsible for teams in areas such as AI, data analytics, and digital projects. In this role, he helps build scalable data and platform structures and drives the rollout of AI, both on a technical and cultural level. He also shares his experience as a speaker on topics such as data, digital transformation, and AI.
Andreas is Head of Sales Development at MMV Leasing GmbH in Koblenz and is also responsible for tasks in the AI Finance team. He combines SME financing with digitalization and artificial intelligence, drives sales initiatives, and provides key input on investments, compliance, and practical AI applications.
Silvano is Co‑Founder and Managing Director of Kambria in Berlin and is responsible for AI Transformation Enablement. He supports companies in moving AI beyond pilot projects and embedding it into processes, roles, and day‑to‑day operations—with a focus on adoption, governance, and measurable business impact.
After completing his master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Economics and Automotive Management, Detlev started his career with Vodafone and Colt Telecom in the service provider space. From 1999 onwards, he held different international sales engagements at Cisco, covering global accounts and leading the Service Provider team. In 2017, he joined Arista Networks, driving the Emerging EMEA Sales team and focusing on AI-driven network automation and management. Since 2025, he has been with Red Hat in the EMEA AI Platform team as a Sales Specialist.
Stefan is COO of Stackable GmbH and Managing Director of Stackable UK Ltd. He is responsible for the operational development and scaling of a Kubernetes-native open-source data platform and brings many years of experience in data management, analytics, and data engineering. Previously, he led big data teams and programs at inovex for many years. As a speaker, he focuses on topics including modern data platforms, data governance, data sovereignty, and open source.
